What Happens Next?
Each care worker will be introduced to you before your care commences, so you will know exactly who is supporting you and the times they will be visiting. We will also check that you are satisfied with the care being provided, by visiting you regularly and encouraging you to speak to us if there is a concern. Our clients feedback is used to help us improve, review and develop a better care service for you.
