Penny is The Registered Provider and has over 30 years experience in Care Management within the local area. She is a trained Nurse and Social Worker and has obtained NVQ Level 4 and the Registered Managers Award. Louise is the Office Manager and is responsible for the running of the office and care coordination. Louise has obtained her Health and Social Care Level 3, along side extensive experience in Human Resources and will always be at the end of the phone to answer your queries. Marion Burgess, joined the team in March 2015 providing Office support and administration to all our Care Workers and Customers and will be at the end of the phone for any queries.
Sharen Matthews, Team Leader and Care Coordinator has been with us since we started in 2011. Sharen is a great support in the office coordinating care visits and providing support to our team of carers.
Julia Conroy Team Leader joined us in 2012. Also providing excellent support to our team and maintaining very high standards.
